Darius Mullin
Darius Mullin is a hip-hop artist from Jackson, TN. His heavy boom bap influence was developed by listening to early Christian rap pioneers such as dc Talk, Deepspace5, and Shai Linne. In addition to creating music as an artist, Darius is also known by many in the CHH community as a Christian rap historian who champions the work of foundational artists of the genre by participating in various podcasts, streaming shows, and as a journalist for a variety of publications (Midnight Donuts, Rapzilla, FiveTwenty Collective).
Mullin began producing music in 2015 and dropped his first official release, via SoundCloud, in August of 2016. Since that initial release, Mullin has delivered a list of singles along with an EP (‘Three Short Songs’) in 2019. His most recent work came alongside fellow FiveTwenty Collective “squad” members Pacaso Ramirez, King David tha Vessel, and MrC Live in the form of the single Kingdom Business (May 20, 2025). His style is raw, transparent, and connects to a wide audience.
Mullin’s music has been featured on various websites, including NewH2o, FiveTwenty Collective, Rapzilla, HHHeadz, Jesus Freak Hideout, Jesus Wired, and Louder Than The Music. He has also had the opportunity to perform at several Jackson-area venues and festivals, showcasing his unique approach to hip-hop music. His music has garnered international attention, as one of his songs was debuted on a UK-based radio show.
