Jeffery Wade Caughron

Jeffery Wade Caughron won the 2012 Metal Mayhem Awards for Best Rock Guitar. He is the current lead guitarist for Roxy Blue (a National Memphis Rock band), Typsy Gypsy (local), and Jeff & Brett (local acoustic). His past bands include lead guitarist roles for Full Devil Jacket, Jessta James, Jasmine Cain, and Every Mother’s Nightmare. He is endorsed by Fuchs Audio, C R Alsip guitars, Kramer Guitars, EMG Pickups, Dean Markley strings, SuperNova Sound, and InTune Guitar Picks. His past record labels include Paris Records, Big Machine, and Frontier Records. He has played lead guitar professionally since age 14, totaling 36 years of experience. He has backed countless major artists throughout his career and continues to perform. Despite extensive national touring, Jackson has always felt special to him. The high level of musically talented artists combined with a supportive community made him want to call Jackson, TN his home.
